Job Purpose

Frontline Infrastructure Support Engineer (L3) serves as the Senior technical support for enterprise infrastructure, providing expert-level administration, troubleshooting, architecture guidance, and technical leadership across complex IT environments. The role is responsible for resolving critical infrastructure issues, driving automation, implementing infrastructure improvements, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering

Design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Linux, virtualization, Kubernetes, storage, backup, cloud, and GPU platforms.

Define technical standards, best practices, and operational procedures to improve infrastructure reliability and scalability.
