Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience with Alfresco or Mobius platform optimization, including:
- Repository management
- Archiving
- Content retrieval
- Good to Have: Experience with Content Management and Linux
- Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes
