Job Description

Job Summary

The Cloud Support Engineer performs a variety of tasks related to designing, planning, managing, maintaining, and supporting cloud-based applications and infrastructure. Supporting multiple cloud providers, AWS and Azure, and other technical platforms like M365 and Databricks. This position will be in Global Corporate Services - IT (GCS IT) department.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and Planning: Design and plan cloud infrastructure and solutions. This includes understanding the customer's needs and requirements, and designing a cloud solution that meets those needs.

  • Implementation and Deployment: Implement and deploy the designed cloud solution. This includes setting up the cloud infrastructure and configuring cloud services.
