Job Description
CLOUD SPECIALIST Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and support cloud IT Infrastructure.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues pertaining to supported technologies and related services within SLA.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams. Effectively communicate technical changes and enhancements that may impact the Infrastructure.
- Participate in planning, design, and implementation of changes to Cloud (AWS) Network Infrastructure and related on‑premise infra.
- Carry out maintenance tasks such as patch updates and configuration changes to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Standardization and automation of systems, tasks, and workflows using Terraform and Ansible.
- Document processes and procedures, ensure these are adhered to throughout the supported environments.
- Provide on‑call 24x7 support on rotational basis.
