Cloud Platform Technical Expert - Santander Digital Services
Location: Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), Spain
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers, understand their needs, offer solutions.
- Provide technical solution expertise in designing traditional and cloud architectures (compute, storage, backup, network).
- Lead technical solution development phases of the customer journey: PoT / PoC / Demo, ensuring cloud initiatives meet organization and customer needs.
- Review existing solutions, implement new services, or migrate solutions to the cloud.
- Create documentation and manage project schedules, status, resources.
- Conduct product evaluations and communicate best practices.
- Develop technical offers to implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solution deployments across systems, virtualization, networking, storage, and backup areas.
