Job Description
Guidewire is seeking a proactive Cloud Platform Support Engineer to join the Platform Support team. You will address and resolve customer cases across Guidewire Cloud and on-premise environments, working in a hybrid PDO setup with learning from multiple teams.
As part of a global team, you will participate in 24x7 support with a Follow-the-Sun model across three regions, while maintaining strong customer relationships and applying data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
