As a CloudOps Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing multi-cloud environments. Your responsibilities will include:
-Ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency across mission-critical systems.
-Collaborate with SRE partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
-Act as an escalation point for user support, leading investigations, troubleshooting, and systems administration.
-Contribute to process documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives.
-Provide solution recommendations to improve systems and operations.
-Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud platforms and services, influencing operational strategies and objectives.
-Spearhead engineering projects and programs to drive technical excellence.
