Job Description
1. Responsible for the after-sales operation and maintenance of private cloud products, including service inspection, emergency fault handling, resource expansion, and version change;
2. Manage customer issues, continuously track stability risks and issues, ensure stable operation of the customer environment, and promote product improvement and optimization;
3. Identify the urgent and important events of the customer, timely pull the back-end resources to promote the problem-solving, reduce the impact of the customer's business;
4. Continuously accumulate operation and maintenance experience, accumulate SOPs, improve the technical ability and service level of the team, and provide high-quality operation and maintenance services to customers.
Computer Science information technology or a related field, more than 3 years of practical experience in cloud computing delivery/operation, proficient in at least one mainstream cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Or...
