Job Description
At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an IT Manager - Advanced English to join a leading edge energy innovation firm operating across the US, UK, and Argentina.
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Model: Full time, Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote). The role will require full time on site presence during the initial onboarding period.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of IT engineers and administrators supporting multi-site, multi country operations. Own the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure (networking, cloud services, identity management, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms). Establish operational SLAs/KPIs and manage the IT budget and vendor relationships.
