- Assist in deploying and maintaining cloud identity platforms based on client requirements.

- Help manage Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Connect for secure authentication.
- Assist with identity synchronization and management using Microsoft Identity Management.
- Support Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) and Microsoft APP Proxy for secure access and single sign‑on.
- Help prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.
