Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix and Citrix server systems, load balancers, and proxies.
- Assist in managing compliance‑related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.
- Support day‑to‑day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.
- At least a Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.
- Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well.
