Assistant Manager ICT (Cloud Engineer) is responsible for designing, building and operating secure, scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure across JCU environments. This role carries out cloud engineering, automation and platform operations, enabling stable and efficient delivery of application services for teaching, research and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, maintaining and enhancing cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable environments
• Designing, developing and administering cloud and network architecture, including WAF, reverse proxy, VPC design, subnets, routing, security groups and connectivity controls.
