Job Responsibilities

• Establish technical direction for the lifecycle of platforms and services from inception to retirement.
• Build and manage large‑scale IT infrastructure products, providing self‑service tools and APIs for developers.
• Design complex CI/CD pipelines, develop self‑healing features, and lead disaster‑recovery design and execution.
• Apply advanced problem‑solving to complex issues across multiple product lines.
• Design and monitor metrics for availability, latency, and system health, defining SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Plan and optimize IT infrastructure capacity, performance, and scalability for large initiatives.
