Job Summary
The Cloud & DevOps Engineering Principal leads operations that ensure the architecture, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency of our multi‑cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP. The role manages a team of CloudOps and DevOps engineers, sets operating standards, and collaborates with Engineering, DevOps, and Security to guarantee secure, scalable, and highly available platforms. It supports the broader CloudOps and DevOps strategy, translates high‑level direction into operational practices, and drives continuous improvement across SaaS and on‑premise environments. The Principal oversees product development, ensuring new features comply with business processes and maintain performance at scale.
