Job Overview
We're seeking a Cloud Data Test Engineer proficient in testing cloud‑based data solutions, with a strong background in data testing. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience ensuring the quality and reliability of data pipelines, structured data formats and will demonstrate expertise in end‑to‑end data validation within complex cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience performing hands‑on software testing, predominantly in the data space.
- Hands‑on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud platform or any other cloud platform.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Working knowledge of structured file formats (CSV, JSON, XML, Avro, Parquet files, etc.).
- Proven Python coding skills.
- Working knowledge of Azure Synapse Workspace, such as Pipelines and Spark Notebooks, Pyspark.
