Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for Nordic-language customers and English-language users, helping brands leverage cloud solutions.
• Explain complex technical concepts in clear, customer-friendly language and tailor demos to client needs.
• Collaborate with a global team, deliver training and enablement to customers and colleagues, and grow technical and sales skills.
• Support the sales process with technical guidance and problem-solving to drive customer outcomes.
• Adapt to a hybrid work environment and participate in ongoing learning and enablement programs.
