Responsibilities
- Attract CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche clinical communities
- Run targeted outreach campaigns and track conversion rates to maintain active pipelines
- Re-engage silver medalists and maintain candidate warmth between touchpoints
- Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, location, and compensation
- Deliver polished candidate summaries to recruiters using standardized scorecards in Greenhouse
