The Senior Manager – Clinical Training & Quality is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and execution of clinical learning, quality assurance, workforce competency, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Clinical Healthcare organization. This role partners closely with Operations, Clinical Leadership, Clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure workforce readiness, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and consistent delivery of high-quality clinical services.
The Senior Manager provides leadership over Clinical Training, Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, Competency Management, Performance Improvement, and digital learning initiatives. The role also champions technology adoption, AI-enabled learning, and data-driven decision-making to build scalable, future-ready clinical capabilities that support business growth and client success.
