This posting will be used to fill 1 part‑time term position ending September 1, 2027, working 60 hours bi-weekly. It will establish a 12‑month eligibility list which may be used to fill similar positions. This job is based in the thriving and diverse city of Whitehorse in the beautiful Yukon.
Our team
The Yukon Palliative Care Resource Team (PCRT) is part of a collaborative system of care providers offering services to people with life‑limiting illnesses and their families. The primary focus of this position is to provide specialized clinical Social Work practice leadership and teaching in order to build capacity in palliative care within the Yukon Territory.
