**Job Description:**
This position demonstrates consistent application of knowledge and skills to deliver appropriate, safe, efficient and cost-effective pharmaceutical care within the scope of their assigned practice. This position is responsible for the care of patients as well as the development of effective, professional relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
This position will involve an 8 on and 6 off schedule with PTO accrual. Weekend coverage includes On-call responsibilities, see below. Each year the schedule is adjusted between the two 8 on 6 off pharmacists in order to alternate major holidays. Schedule will be the following: **Hours:** Mon-Sun 07:30 to 18:00 Mon: 07:00 to 17:30 **On call:** Friday: 18:01 to 07:29 Saturday 18:01 to 07:29 and Sunday 18:01 to 06:59
