Overview

Professional Nurse/Clinical Nurse responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualized, holistic and person‑centered nursing care. Coordinates patient care within a multidisciplinary health team while applying scientifically based nursing theories and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource in assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care; act as a patient advocate as needed.
• Ensure communication with families, health professionals, and nursing management to eliminate patient care problems.
• Assess and implement advanced nursing care in specialized fields according to standards, SOPs and medical direction.
• Initiate, direct and maintain emergency treatment (RESUS) for patients in any ward or department.
