Detailed Overview
In accordance with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards of practice and the Mission and Values of Fraser Health, the Clinical Nurse Educator, Simulation utilizes evidence‑informed practice and education theory to develop educational programs that will achieve the most effective outcomes, and deliver formal group or individual educational activities to staff and patients/clients/residents/families. Measures education plan success and amends plans accordingly. Participates in research, policy, quality improvement, and risk management activities.
