Join our Aegean Village home in Christie Downs, as a Clinical Care Coordinator (Clinical Nurse Level 2), where your clinical leadership will make a real difference to residents, families and staff every day.
Working within our Dyad Leadership Structure, you will partner with a non-clinical Living Well House Manager (LWHM) to lead a house of up to 30 residents within our 97-bed home. Together, you will provide clear clinical direction, practical day-to-day leadership and a shared focus on helping residents live well, their way.
