Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Clinic Manager in the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Build strong relationships with patients by guiding them through consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up appointments
- Coordinate treatment schedules, surgeries, and appointments in collaboration with the dental team
- Explain treatment plans, payment options, and available financing solutions to patients with professionalism and empathy
- Follow up on enquiries and prospective patients to support appointment conversions and ongoing patient engagement
- Manage front office operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and payment collection
- Process Medisave, CHAS, insurance claims, and maintain accurate patient records within the clinic management system
