Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service and support to patients and visitors.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and administrative records.
- Coordinate referral appointments and follow-up arrangements.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to general enquiries.
- Process medical insurance claims, billing, payments, and related documentation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory and clinic supplies.
- Assist with general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare environment.
- Experience in a healthcare setting will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with clinic management systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical insurance claims processing is an advantage.
- Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.
