Responsibilities

• Assist in clinic’s day‑to‑day operations and functions.
• Support the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
• Handle all aspects of customer service including cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
• Manage all matters related to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
• Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
• Assist with the renewal of relevant licenses.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director as required.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a specialist clinic.
