POSITION PURPOSE:


Receptionist cum Front Office is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves handling a variety of office tasks, including communication management, document preparation, and general office coordination.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Greet visitors and clients with friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ensure visitors sign in, and direct them to the correct meeting rooms or to the concerned person
  • Prepare and send outgoing correspondence, such as letters, packages, and documents.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
