Position: Client Success Team Leader
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work setup & shift: Onsite | Dayshift
We are building a new team to support a dynamic challenger in the Australian telco space. Our client serves mid-market to large enterprise customers and is committed to building a sustainable, high-performance environment in the Philippines.
Your Role
- Lead and mentor a local team of Client Success professionals to ensure high performance and career growth.
- Drive operational excellence by overseeing service delivery and ensuring client satisfaction targets are met.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts directly, acting as a senior point of contact for escalations.
- Monitor team KPIs and workload distribution to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate regular team huddles and coaching sessions to align with client goals and company values.
