Client Success Manager

Full-time Sales

Responsibilities

• Ensure clarity and alignment with clients regarding services and deliverables
• Manage client scope, expectations, and project timing through regular communication
• Facilitate client kickoff meetings and conduct operational assessments
• Collaborate with Sales and Quality Management teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure quality standards
• Monitor client profit margins by tracking productivity and staff utilization
• Document changes to project scope and validate client invoices against contract parameters
• Act as a subject matter expert to lead and evaluate project results

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in health information management or associate degree in health information technology
• Extensive management and consulting experience
• Coding credential (e.g., CCS, CIC) preferred
