Vivaio Media is a B2B growth company located at Amsterdam Science Park. We help Dutch B2B SaaS and business service providers achieve a predictable pipeline. Not through individual campaigns, but through integrated, AI-supported systems that combine paid media, content, and purchase intent into one whole.

We are deliberately small. No bloated team. No generic deliverables. We work with a select portfolio of ambitious clients and stick to one metric: qualified leads in the CRM.

We have traction and are looking for a right-hand person who wants to grow with us.

The role

You run the campaigns and client relationships. That means: onboarding new clients, conducting structured check-ins, reviewing campaign outputs, translating data into clear communication to the client, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You work directly with the founder. You get real responsibility — not a task list.
