The Team
The Client Success team supports buyside and sellside clients across EMEA. You will work with experienced colleagues in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. Our clients range from Tier 1 to Tier 3 firms and rely on us for responsive, high-quality support. In this role, you will help create a positive client journey through day-to-day interactions that drive product adoption, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
The Impact
As a Client Success Analyst, you will help clients get value from S&P Global Market Intelligence solutions by providing timely support, practical guidance, and a strong service experience.
