Job Description
Drive engagement and activation success for SMB clients as a Client Success Advisor at SAP Concur. Utilize your expertise to mitigate customer delays and enhance project outcomes.
As part of the Client Development team, this role targets at-risk clients to facilitate project activation efficiently. You will proactively manage a portfolio of over 100 clients, identifying challenges and implementing solutions. Your focus will be on collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve client responsiveness and recognition of revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify solutions to prevent customer cancellations and delays
• Implement strategies for improved client engagement and deployment
• Collaborate with Sales and Services to identify trends
• Provide consultation for alternative activation strategies
