About the Role
We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can act as the bridge between clients and our creative team. You'll work closely with stock brokers, insurance companies, portfolio management firms (PMS), wealth management companies, fintechs, and other financial brands to ensure projects move smoothly from brief to delivery.
If you're highly organised, good with people, and can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for writers, designers, editors, and strategists. Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Manage project timelines, feedback cycles, approvals, and revisions.
