The SLGA is hiring a detail-oriented Regulatory Solutions Analyst within the Client Services Branch. Your primary responsibility will be to support the AMANDA operating system, ensuring operational efficiency by troubleshooting complex issues and working alongside IT and other divisions. Engaging with stakeholders will be key to identifying requirements and delivering effective solutions to enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver support for AMANDA in regulatory contexts
• Address and resolve intricate issues in business systems
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and divisions for seamless processes
• Organize user requirement gathering sessions
• Suggest alternative solutions to address system gaps
