Position Description
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, sales, prepress, and production teams.
Coordinate all aspects of print production from job initiation through final delivery.
Track project timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Review and prepare client files for print (preflight, file corrections, output setup).
Ensure print jobs meet technical requirements (bleed, resolution, color accuracy, etc.).
Maintain organized documentation for each project, including specs, proofs, and revisions.
Troubleshoot issues proactively and provide quick, client-focused solutions.
