About the Role:
The Client Services Manager plays a key leadership role at Challenge Community Services, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports across multiple sites.
This role ensures services meet client goals, align with NDIS and other funding requirements, and operate efficiently and compliantly.
Youβll work closely with internal subject matter experts across HR, Rostering, Quality and Safeguarding, Practice and Outcomes, and Business Support to drive strong service delivery, continuous improvement, and positive outcomes for clients and staff.
