Job Description
We are seeking an Associate level (circa 1–3 years relevant experience) team member to join our Client Services team as a Client Services Executive based in Singapore.
The role will comprise four key components:
- Onboarding of new clients
- Managing projects and incremental change for existing clients
- Relationship management
- Escalation handling from the support team
As such you will become an expert in CloudMargin, using your knowledge of the system to successfully onboard clients and support them throughout their journey on our platform. You will gather requirements from clients, manage implementations efficiently and ensure new functionalities are adopted as the platform evolves.
