About the Role
Grade Level (for internal use): 08.
The team is part of the Data Delivery Client Services team, responsible for supporting applications and systems that deliver S&P data to clients. The role requires engagement with customers through proactive consultation, supporting migrations, implementations, and day‑to‑day operational matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding services and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in client development and retention programs.
- Deliver product trainings and presentations to clients.
- Address client inquiries about products and services in a timely fashion.
- Analyze client concerns and work with other teams to provide immediate resolutions.
- Notify customers about new product developments and enhancements.
