Job Description

**Core Responsibilities**:
- **Operations & Logistics**: Manage daily schedules and dispatches for repair and maintenance teams. Determine job priorities and assign tasks based on skill set and workload. Optimize routes for cleaning crews servicing up to 20 homes per day, improving time efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- **Process Improvement**: Develop and implement systems for efficient operations. Recommend tools and software to enhance team productivity and scalability.
- **Customer Service**: Act as a key point of contact for clients, including vacation property owners and managers. Address service requests and resolve issues promptly by identifying the fastest, most cost-effective solutions. Establish new customer accounts and input jobs into the software system. Prepare and send repair estimates.
