Role Overview
In this role, the Client Service Technician Apprentice will observe and perform various equipment service processes and procedures to drive customer satisfaction and ensure proper functionality of less complex customer diagnostic imaging equipment. This is an onsite customer‑facing service position focused on maintaining and repairing medical equipment in healthcare environments.
