Job Description
What you'll be doing
As a Client Service Representative in the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will work in a rapid‑paced Banking Center, using your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day‑to‑day banking needs. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members. The role requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. The position is on‑site full‑time.
