Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer assistance, addressing a broad spectrum of needs from booking appointments to handling general inquiries.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
- Quickly evaluate customer needs and offer productive, flexible solutions.
Hours & Schedule
- Minimum 20 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule built from available business hours:
- Monday‑Friday: 7:30am‑11pm EST (peak 9am‑4pm)
- Saturday: 7:30am‑8pm EST (peak 7am‑8pm)
- Sunday: 9am‑8pm EST (peak 11am‑3pm)
