We are hiring a Client Service & Operations Associate to join our team as an integral member of our expanding financial advisory team. The Client Service & Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring our client relationships run smoothly. This role helps manage client communications, track projects, prepare and complete paperwork, and coordinate with recordkeepers, TPAs, and custodians to support day-to-day operations of our retirement plan advisory practice. This role is ideal for someone early in their financial services career who's detail-oriented, enjoys process management, and wants to grow within the retirement plan or wealth management industry.
