This role is part of the relationship management team, supporting Relationship Managers in achieving key performance indicators and enhancing client experience for Global Private Banking (GPB) clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality sales support to a team of GPB Relationship Managers, focusing on appointment setting and client servicing.
• Reduce the time Relationship Managers spend on process and administrative tasks to increase their client‑facing capacity.
• Manage client contact and service, including answering client calls, resolving transactional enquiries, facilitating smooth hand‑offs to the appropriate channels, and managing key event reminders to maintain active client contact.
• Prepare and complete sales documents, manage data entry and report generation, and liaise with support functions to follow through the client purchase process.
