Job Summary
As a Client Onboarding Executive under Bank Onboarding Program , you will play a key role in managing the onboarding journey for our international clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to guide clients through the regulatory, operational, and service touchpoints needed to successfully onboard them onto the Bankβs Singapore platform.
JOB DESCRIPTION- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for international Bankβs clients, including account opening and product activation.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers and Client Service Manager to ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., CRS, FATCA).
- Make welcome calls to new clients, introduce the bank's services, and guide them through their onboarding steps.
