Client Retention Manager โ€“ EMEA Telesales & Client Management

The Client Retention Manager focuses on account retention with small and medium key merchants across European markets, ensuring business continuity through collaboration with markets and line of business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Retain merchants by collecting missing KYC documentation and communications to avoid cancellation.
  • Assess account documentation and ensure compliance and control.
  • Maintain volume and revenue targets.
  • Share standard methodology and support the team.

Qualifications

  • Native French speaker with in-depth knowledge of the country and market landscape.
  • Experience in account management roles or KYC/AML checks โ€“ preferably over the phone.
  • Compliance knowledge is a plus.
