Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Officer to support our clients through the immigration process, manage follow‑ups, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries and updates on applications.
- Maintain client records and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants for case progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior customer service or immigration support experience preferred.
