Job Description
Join our Client Management Operations team and help ensure accurate and high‑quality client reference data.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update client reference data (including SSI setup, account onboarding, and account maintenance)
- Ensure all information is accurate and aligned with standard procedures
- Review and verify processed requests for quality and completeness
- Train new team members on processes and best practices
- Participate in UAT for new system releases and suggest process improvements
- Support business lines by delivering reliable service and clear communication
- Join process reviews, projects, system changes, and operational discussions
- Prepare MIS/KPI reports as needed
