We are looking for an experienced Client Operations & Support Manager to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and drive operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Own client support requests and manage escalations end-to-end
• Ensure timely resolution, proper routing, and compliance for all cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries efficiently
• Monitor workflows and drive accurate, timely closures
• Share operational metrics, reports, and performance insights
• Communicate clearly with clients and support reviews/meetings
• Track commitments and ensure on-time delivery
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements
