Role Purpose

To manage full TIS (Training & Improvement Services) process, with autonomy over workload to meet business needs, in line with agreed Area and countryโ€™s strategies and budgets to achieve commercial and operational growth targets and strategies. Scope entails the markets South East Asia and ANZ region in cooperation with line manager.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Mapping out training portfolio, designing and developing yearly training programs (public and in-house). Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
  • Support Marketing department to manage LRQA website and training monthly newsletter.
